ABOUT JOANNE
Joanne was born in Yorkshire County, United Kingdom, on June 30, 1988.
She is the daughter of an English mother and a French father, both of whom are literature teachers at a local elementary school.

French was the first language Moore learned to speak, which would later cause divisions within her family.
She also speaks Spanish.

Moore began writing at an early age.

Some recurring themes in her work include mother-child relationships, superstition, and the joy found in life’s small pleasures.
She has openly spoken out against sexism and has been critical of sexist attitudes, both in her work and in general.

Moore writes contemporary and young adult romance novels featuring extraordinary, powerful alpha heroes, empowered heroines, and stories filled with passion, heartache, longing, and maximum eroticism.

She is an avid traveler.

Throughout her life, she has lived in India, China, and Mexico for extended periods.
A scholar of various ancient philosophies and an admirer of Sigmund Freud, she firmly believes that romantic relationships can bring people long-term happiness and pleasure.

Moore has co-founded a non-profit organization alongside other prominent figures, dedicated to social work.
In fact, a portion of every book she sells goes toward organizations that support various projects in low-income neighborhoods across Mexico.
These projects are diverse in nature, including but not limited to:
-
Providing medical support for children with vital health needs (genetic, acquired, accidental, or otherwise).
-
Assisting families experiencing extreme poverty, displacement due to violence, or severe accidents.
-
Supporting women and children who have suffered domestic violence and whose safety is at risk.
-
Enabling children, particularly girls, who are economically disadvantaged to receive an education, keeping them off the streets and away from violence.
-
Offering dignified funerals and final arrangements for those who have passed away in poverty.
Her most notable global work so far is a trilogy titled “Always a Happpy Ending.”
The first book in the series is titled “A Happpy Ending”.
The second and third titles are coming soon.

Her main motto:
To all the women who have ever been told to “smile more.”
Little girl or old lady.
« “Mental finger” »
Always do what you really want to do.
Her semi-permanent residence is in the United States, though she can often be found in India, China, or Mexico. Other times, she may be somewhere else in the U.S.
She is always accompanied by her loyal dogs:
A Dalmatian named Chimina and a Cocker Spaniel named Lucky.
